Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is one month from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last good, provided you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration reasons

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

Warranty Terms:

The period for calculating the warranty duration begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the item caused by

• normal wear and tear (dirt/wear)
• improper or abusive handling
• non-compliance with safety precautions
• use of force (e.g., impacts, shock, drop)
• water damage / moisture in the devices (e.g., from spilling liquids)
• environmental influences (overvoltage, dust, heat, humidity, etc.)
• attempted repairs on your own / insufficient or incorrect maintenance
• damage caused by connecting accessories not approved or defective by the manufacturer (e.g., non-approved chargers)
• damage caused by software or system updates

Warranty claims are also excluded for the following products

• batteries
• chargers
• keyboards
• hard drives
• SSDs
• buttons / switches
• hinges
• consumables

Prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that you allow us to inspect the warranty case (e.g., by sending in the goods). Ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided through secure packaging. To apply for the warranty service, a copy of the invoice must be included with the shipment so we can verify that the warranty period has been adhered to. Without a copy of the invoice, we can reject the warranty service. Please explain the damage to us in writing beforehand. For valid warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e., we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending the goods to us.

This dealer warranty from us does not restrict your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us.
