The following conditions apply:
We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping costs
(Including statutory VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 5β7 working days and internationally in 7β15 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
