Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Please note: There will be no shipping between 08/20/2024 and 08/30/2024.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 5 - 7 business days, and international deliveries within 7 - 15 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
