Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Please note: No shipping will take place between 08/20/2024 and 08/30/2024.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 5 - 7 working days, for international deliveries within 7 - 15 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
