Delivery Times

Vacation from 08/19/2025 to 09/01/2025. No shipping will take place during this time! Delivery times will be extended accordingly.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is one month from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

Warranty Terms:

In addition to the statutory defect rights, we grant you a 1-year warranty on the advertised product. This warranty applies to all devices purchased on https://mac-store24.com . The period for calculating the warranty duration begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide. 

The warranty covers the defect-free condition of the advertised product, including functionality, material, or production defects. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide one of the following services at our discretion under this warranty:

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the item caused by

• normal wear and tear (dirt/wear)
• improper or abusive handling
• non-compliance with safety precautions 
• use of force (e.g., impacts, shock, drop) 
• water damage / moisture in the devices (e.g., from spilling liquids)
• environmental influences (overvoltage, dust, heat, humidity, etc.)
• attempted repairs on your own / insufficient or incorrect maintenance
• damage caused by connecting accessories not approved or defective by the manufacturer (e.g., non-approved chargers)
• damage caused by software or system updates

Warranty claims are also excluded for the following products

• batteries
• chargers
• keyboards
• hard drives
• SSDs
• buttons / switches
• hinges
• consumables

Prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that you allow us to inspect the warranty case (e.g., by sending in the goods). Ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided through secure packaging. To apply for the warranty service, a copy of the invoice must be included with the shipment so we can verify that the warranty period has been adhered to. Without a copy of the invoice, we can reject the warranty service. Please explain the damage to us in writing beforehand. For valid warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e., we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending the goods to us.

This dealer warranty from us does not restrict your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights you have against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
