1-year dealer warranty

Warranty terms:

In addition to the statutory warranty rights, we offer you a 1-year warranty on the advertised product. This warranty applies to all devices purchased on https://mac-store24.com . The period for calculating the warranty duration begins on the invoice date. The territorial scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.  

The warranty covers the defect-free condition of the advertised product, including functionality, material, or production defects. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide one of the following services at our discretion under this warranty:

 

  • Free repair of the item or
  • Free replacement of the item with an equivalent product

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by

  • normal wear and tear (dirt/wear)
  • improper or abusive handling
  • non-compliance with safety precautions
  • use of force (e.g. blows, impacts, falls)
  • water damage/moisture in the devices (e.g. from spilling liquids)
  • environmental influences (overvoltage, dust, heat, moisture, etc.)
  • self-attempted repairs/lack of or faulty maintenance
  • damage caused by connecting accessories not approved by the manufacturer or defective accessories (e.g. non-approved chargers)
  • damage caused by software or system updates

Warranty claims are further excluded for the following products

  • batteries
  • chargers
  • keyboards
  • hard drives
  • SSDs
  • buttons/switches
  • hinges
  • consumables

A prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that you allow us to inspect the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the goods). It is important to ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by secure packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included with the shipment of the goods to apply for the warranty service, so that we can check whether the warranty period has been observed. Without a copy of the invoice, we can refuse the warranty service. Please explain the damage to us in writing in advance. In the case of justified warranty claims, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. we will reimburse you for any shipping costs for sending the goods.

This dealer warranty does not limit your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. This warranty promise does not affect any existing statutory warranty rights you may have against us. Therefore, this dealer warranty does not infringe your statutory rights, but rather extends your legal position.

If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us under the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
