Apple Certified Refurbished: refurbishment and warranty

Apple Certified Refurbished · mac-store24

Apple Certified Refurbished refers to devices refurbished and checked by Apple. We explicitly label relevant offers in our shop. Used or refurbished alone does not mean that a device comes from this Apple programme.

What is replaced in Apple Certified Refurbished devices?

Apple describes functional testing, cleaning and replacement of parts where needed using genuine Apple parts. Apple specifically mentions a new battery and outer shell for refurbished iOS devices. This is no blanket promise of a new display, casing or battery for every Mac.

Which Apple warranty applies?

Apple states a one-year limited warranty for its Certified Refurbished programme. When buying through mac-store24, the specific offer and the device's warranty status are decisive. Ask us before ordering if the start date or remaining term is unclear. The mac-store24 seller warranty and your statutory rights relating to defects are separate.

What is included?

The specific offer description is decisive. Check the accessories, cables, power supply and packaging there. We are happy to clarify before purchase. White packaging or a description such as like new does not by itself prove Apple certification.
